Sit with a founder of the Centre, one to one.

Our founders, Jo and Emma, both hold private coaching practices, and you are welcome to book a session with either of them.

Their practices are their own, held separately from the Centre, and each has its own character. Whether you come to explore a question, navigate a threshold, or simply be met with depth and attention, you will be working with a practitioner who teaches this work as well as living it.
